Bat guano comes in basically 3 different forms, for different stages of plant life. There is 0-7-0 for medium phosphorus, 9-3-10 for nitrogen, potassium and a little phosphorus, and 0-10-0 for heavy phosphorus. Each version treats a different stage of growing & creating your super soil. For example, 9-3-10 would be used for growth stages in the beginning to middle growth. In addition, 0-10-0 would be for use in middle towards end of flowering. So finally, 0-7-0 would be towards the end of harvest. All have their functions along with other nutritional needs.
Bat guano contains a host of micronutrients that further fuel plant growth. Bat guano works in a similar way to compost and improve super soil health and structure. Bat guano encourages soil microorganism growth and diversity, further supporting healthy plant growth. Bat guano can be purchased in a dried, powder-like form, which is better suited to being worked into the soil of a garden. It can also be purchased in a liquid or compost tea form.
Also, bat guano can be used as a natural fungicide and controls nematodes in the soil as well. In addition, bat guano makes an acceptable compost activator, speeding up the decomposition process. Phosphorus promotes root growth and supports flowering, while potassium helps plants grow strong stems. In addition to the presence of these major nutrients in bat guano, it also has micronutrients plants need for healthy growth.
